The IWFM is administered by a Board of Governors with the Vice-Chancellor of the University as its Chairman. The Institute is headed by a Director appointed by the Syndicate of the University for two years from among the professors of the Institute. The research and academic activities are reviewed and recommended by a Research and Academic Committee. The expansion and development programs are prepared by a Coordination and Development Committee. Dr. Md. Munsur Rahman is the present Director of the Institute.
