The Organizing Committee of the International Conference on Water and Flood Management (ICWFM) is pleased to invite all interested persons to participate in the 2^nd ICWFM to be held in Dhaka, Bangladesh during 15-17 March 2009.

The conference is aimed to make a bridge among the researchers, academicians and professionals with common interest to exchange their views to address the issues related to water and flood management. The present conference would focus on the integrated approach to water and flood management with emphasis on climate change.
